growing your organization

It is important to realize that if you want to be truly successful in this industry, you must grow your organization so it functions beyond your efforts.  To accomplish this, you must work with team members that you bring in and help them flourish into leaders that will do as you do.

We cannot emphasize enough, the importance of working with your team members.  Help them identify their dreams and goals.  Make sure they have completed the “Who do you know” list and assist them in contacting their prospects.  Teach them so they may teach others.

Work with team members at the BOTTOM of the tree and identify their goals.  Then work your way UP the ladder.  As you move up the line, let that person know what is going on UNDER them.  This will excite them and create urgency in individuals as you move up the line.

Do everything you can to EMPOWER members of your team.   Make sure EVERYONE is connected to wowgreen university so there are no breaks in the “chain”.  This will ensure no one is left stranded to build their business on their own.   They will be able to get updated information about wowgreen products and training, even if their sponsor goes missing in action.
